William Hendrickson, Johnny Sandoval and Al Marconi competed in the 2024 National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Cloverlane Foundation sponsored their trips to the games, which took place this year in New Orleans, Louisiana, July 25-30, 2024.

Johnny took home gold in 9ball and bronze in softball. Willie took home gold in slalom, gold in shot put, gold in super m, silver in discus and silver in motor rally. Al took home gold in archery, gold in road rally and silver in the motorized slalom event.

We are so proud of them and can’t wait for their return to the games in 2025 in Minneapolis!
