Established in 1992
Cloverlane Foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of life for veterans, children and animals by providing programs and guidance to assist those most vulnerable.
Support our deserving veterans in obtaining necessary medical treatment for physical and mental disabilities, and guide them towards social services that promote the confidence to move forward in civilian life.
Provide underprivileged children with educational opportunities and life skills necessary to reach their full potential.
Provide a safe haven for abandoned and injured animals.
Cloverlane Foundation has been providing and supporting programs to assist underserved families and to needed services for our veterans of the United States Armed Services for three decades.
Cloverlane began with a strong passion to assist those who are underserved and underprivileged, and also to rescue and support both domestic and wild animals.
The founders of the Cloverlane Foundation are Gerald Chase, Chairman, a US Army Korean War veteran who understands the difficult transition from military to civilian life; Diana Chase whose lifework has been to support underserved animals and children; and Elaine Price who brings strong financial and regulatory experience.
Chairman
Gerald Chase, a Korean War army veteran, began his successful career in professional and business ventures as a certified public accountant, then became president of a public company until retirement. Once retired, he brought his knowledge and experience as a consultant for small businesses.
Cloverlane Foundation was founded by Gerald over 25 years ago to help underprivileged children and underserved animals. Because of his humble beginnings, Gerald felt the need to give others the opportunity to improve their lives so they may reach their full potential and give back to their community. Since he feels animals are the most vulnerable as they do not have a voice, his ranch was turned into a sanctuary for abandoned and injured animals where they can live for their remaining lives.
The mission of his foundation was expanded to include assisting veterans. Upon reflection on his own experience after release from active duty with little support, he realized the return to civilian life for our veterans today is even more complicated with their expansive medical needs and stages of rehabilitation.
Utilizing his business background, he determined that the most efficient way to help veterans is to gather an umbrella of quality organizations offering services that would benefit those in need and offer his guidance to improve their outreach programs.

Diana Marshall Chase has spent much of her adult life as a champion for animal welfare. She manages the sanctuary created by the foundation.
