Cloverlane Foundation participated in the third 2025 Santa Maria Elks Veterans Appreciation/Mini Stand Down. It was held at the Elks Lodge #1538 on Thursday, August 7th. The foundation has given away free clothing to veterans for over three years. The Elks event offers veterans assistance with benefits, resources, education, therapy service, clothing, housing and employment.

Over two dozen veteran organizations offer resources to ensure our veterans, and their families get the help they need and deserve. In total there were over 237 in attendance, almost all of them veterans representing different branches of service. We gave away 100 pairs of men’s socks to needy veterans with help from the Santa Maria Elks Veterans Committee. Please thank our veterans and our brothers and sisters in the military for their service.
